JAKARTA, 1 November 2021 - Dengan semangat dan inovasi tinggi untuk mendukung pemulihan sektor otomotif, Astra Financial & Logistic kembali menjadi sponsor utama (Platinum) Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2021. Sebelumnya, selama dua tahun berturut-turut, Astra Financial telah sukses menjadi sponsor utama GIIAS 2018 dan 2019.
Menjadi partner bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah visi dari Astra Financial & Logistic. Untuk itu, tema booth yang dibawakan tahun ini bertajuk “Beyond Infinity” yang bermakna semangat Astra Financial & Logistic untuk menjadi partner kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui berbagai layanan keuangan terbaik untuk memberikan solusi dalam segala situasi dan tantangan. Tema tersebut juga menjadi inspirasi untuk dekorasi booth seluruh Lembaga Jasa Keuangan (LJK) yang menunjukkan aksen logo infinity.
GIIAS tahun ini akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 11-21 November 2021 di Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Banten. Untuk mendukung jalannya acara tersebut, terdapat 7 Lembaga Jasa Keuangan dalam naungan Astra Financial & Logistic yang hadir, yaitu ACC, FIFGROUP, TAF, Asuransi Astra, AstraLife, MauCash, hingga AstraPay. Dua terakhir (MauCash dan AstraPay) adalah pendatang baru dalam GIIAS 2021.
Ketujuh LJK Astra Financial & Logistic tersebut akan menawarkan berbagai program yang menarik sepanjang GIIAS berlangsung.
Industri otomotif yang sebelumnya sempat mengalami penurunan akibat pandemi Covid-19, kini kembali berangsur pulih. Data dari Gaikindo menunjukkan angka penjualan mobil baru dari Januari hingga September 2021 sejumlah 628.000 unit pada penjualan wholesale. Pertumbuhan penjualan wholesale yang signifikan sebesar 69% ini memberikan angin segar bagi prospek sektor otomotif. Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan industri otomotif, Astra Financial juga membukukan pertumbuhan amount finance di Q3 2021 sebesar 20% menjadi IDR 60,7 T. Astra Financial & Logistic percaya bahwa sektor otomotif akan terus menguat dan mendukung pertumbuhan tersebut melalui program dan layanan pembiayaan kendaraan terbaik.
“Kami tentu bangga dan mendukung pertumbuhan tersebut melalui beragam program dari layanan keuangan yang memudahkan pengunjung dalam hal pembiayaan, asuransi serta pembayaran digital,” ucap Director-In-Charge Astra Financial & Logistic, Suparno Djasmin.
Pola konsumsi masyarakat semenjak pandemi kini banyak beralih ke digital. Selain mendukung layanan yang minim kontak, layanan digital juga dianggap lebih mudah dan cepat. Dalam hal ini, Astra Financial & Logistic turut menyajikan pelayanan terbaiknya. Di awal tahun ini, aplikasi Moxa diluncurkan sebagai pusat layanan digital dari Astra Financial & Logistic dan mitra.
Selain itu, pada bulan September lalu aplikasi AstraPay juga resmi diperkenalkan ke pihak eksternal untuk memudahkan konsumen Grup Astra dan masyarakat umum dalam melakukan pembayaran yang mudah dan aman. Tentu saja dalam hal pembiayaan dan asuransi kendaraan Astra Financial & Logistic turut menyediakan layanan digital yang memudahkan pengguna untuk membayar angsuran serta premi asuransi secara cepat dan bisa di mana saja.
Lembaga Jasa Keuangan lainnya yang turut berpartisipasi dalam GIIAS juga memiliki inovasi digital masing-masing untuk melayani konsumen. FIFGROUP memiliki Fiona yang berperan sebagai chabot serta aplikasi FIFADA untuk melihat katalog produk FIFGROUP. Astra Credit Companies juga memiliki ACC ONE yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi mobile dan web agar pelanggan dapat proses pembiayaan yang lebih cepat dan mudah. Terdapat juga aplikasi FLEX dari TAF yang menawarkan fitur pengajuan kredit dan kalkulasi kredit mobil.
Kemudian, dari bidang asuransi, Asuransi Astra memiliki beberapa inovasi, salah satunya adalah aplikasi Garda Mobile Otocare untuk memudahkan pelanggan asuransi kendaraan Garda Oto dalam melakukan pembelian, renewal, dan upgrade polis serta mengajukan dan memantau klaim kendaraan. Tak hanya proteksi kendaraan yang berinovasi secara digital, proteksi jiwa dari Astra Life juga memiliki banyak inovasi digital. Pengguna dapat merasakan pengalaman pembelian produk asuransi jiwa layaknya belanja online melalui situs ilovelife.co.id.
Tak ketinggalan, fintech MauCash juga menawarkan kemudahan pinjaman dengan limit hingga 12,5 juta rupiah melalui aplikasi mobile dan fitur PayLater yang dapat juga diakses melalui aplikasi AstraPay.
